Glen Ridge Nursing Care Center has created a one of a kind, SNF-based, pulmonary rehabilitation program designed to provide specialized in-patient rehabilitative and clinical care, bridging the gap between hospital and home. With a clear focus on reduction of re-hospitalization rates, length of stay, discharge disposition,
patient and family education, and patient satisfaction, our pulmonary rehabilitation program is just "what the doctor ordered."

Our program is designed around outcome-based, specialized pulmonary care so that each patient can reach his or her highest practicable level of functioning and minimize the risk of rehospitalization. Glen Ridge's pulmonary program is located in our newly renovated STAR unit.

• Board-certified Pulmonologist coverage with availability for physician-to-physician consults

• Full-time Pulmonary Program manager and Registered Respiratory Therapy coverage
• Highest RN-to-patient SNF ratio offered, all nursing staff with advanced pulmonary competencies
